Frequently Ask Questions

We have compiled a list of the most common questions we receive about our website design services.

The first step is to fill out our contact form. Once we receive that, we will send you a questionnaire so that we can gather basic information about you and your project. Next, we will have a 20 minute call to discuss your vison and goals for your new website.

Absolutely. Over 53% of all internet traffic comes from mobile devices. Therefore, our design process takes a mobile first point of view. It is very important for your website to look good on both desktops and mobile devices. Will my website be mobile friendly?

On average, we have a 4 to 6 week turnaround for our projects. However, it also depends on how fast you provide us with your content. Websites that are more complex will take longer to build than less complex websites.

Absolutely! We will provide you with a tutorial on how to make updates and manage your website. If you ever get stuck or need help with anything, you can always reach out to us. We would be more than happy to help you out!

We require a 50% deposit at the start of the project and the other 50% when your website is completed. We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, and bank wires.

Yes we will. When your website is completed, our primary objective is to make sure that your website remains online and looking beautiful.  You can’t get results if people can’t access your website. We will take care of all the boring stuff for you!

We recommend all of our clients to use GoDaddy for their domain name and hosting. They have been providing amazing services for a very long time and are not going away anytime soon. Click here to view their plans.

If you need help or need to make some adjustments, we are only a call or email away. We are always here for you and we have your back no matter what!
